Our Promise

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Helpseaboss@Yahoo.com, and we will make it right — with a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Returns

Because our products are perishable wellness items, opened products cannot be returned, for health and safety reasons. Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your expense unless the error was ours.

To start a return, contact us first at Helpseaboss@Yahoo.com with your order number. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. We will email you to confirm once it has been processed.
